A list of attendees is provided as Enclosure 1. The licensee presented information (ADAMS Accession Nos. ML 17346A084 and ML 17346A085) related to the potential amendment request. The licensee discussed the planned content of the application and the schedule for submittal. The licensee also presented draft technical specifications that would also likely be in the amendment request. The NRC staff queried the licensee about the planned content of the application and the draft technical specifications presented.
