Title	Fitness for Duty Event
Event Description	The following information was provided by the licensee via phone and email: On August 29, 2025, Sequoyah Nuclear (SQN) operations was informed that a SQN licensed [employee] had tested positive for alcohol, in violation of the Tennessee Valley Authority fitness for duty policy. The individual's access has been placed on a 14-day denial. The NRC Resident Inspector has been notified.
