| Attachment Licenseo Event Report 82-003/0lT-2 LER 82-003/01T-0 was submitted upon discovery that a sprinkler system for Fire Zone 1-6A was.not installed. Both the Technical Specifications and the Fire Protection Review Report listed a sprinkler system for that zone. A review of cable runs in the area showed that no redundant Unit 1 cables were present. Therefore, a sprinkler system is not required for Unit 1 operation.

| An hourly fire watch was established and will remain in effect until an amendment to the T.S. is issued.
| |
| Further, a commitment was made to review plant "as-built" conditions and compare them to the T.S. and the FPRR.
| |
| Following is a listing of the inconsistencies found which are less con-servative than the minimum allowed per the T.S., the immediate actions taken, and the proposed long term corrective actions:
| |
| 1.
| |
| Zone 1-7A does not have two photoelectric detectors, as stated.
| |
| However, this zone has 15 ionization detectors, whereas the T.S.
| |
| states 9.
| |
| An hourly fire watch was established and a T.S. change will be submitted to correct the number of detectors.
| |
| 2.
| |
| Zone 1-7B does not have two ionization detectors as stated in the T.S.
| |
| An hourly fire watch was established and a T.S. change initiated to correct the number of detectors.
| |
| 3.
| |
| Fire Zone 1-3C shows 13 ionization detectors in the T.S.
| |
| There are 13 photoelectric detectors present. A T.S. change will be submitted to correct the error.
| |
| 4.
| |
| Raceway D1K-125 was found to have its fireproofing removed to perform work in the raceway. An hourly fire watch was initiated.
| |
| The fireproofing was replaced, and the watch discontinued.
| |
| 5.
| |
| Raceway EIK1R4 was not fireproofed as required by the FPRR. An hourly fire watch was established.
| |
| ESW modifications necessitated this raceway be firewrapped, and the work is to be done as part of the nodification package.
| |
| 6.
| |
| T.S. Table 3.3.7.9-1 reversed fire zones 0-25A and 0-25E.
| |
| A T.S.
| |
| change will be submitted to correct this error and have the T.S. and the FPRR match.
| |
| Completion of the above listed actions will resolve all identified fire pro-tection concerns.
