REVIEW OF PROGRAM MANAGER'S PERIOD REPORT (PMPR 89-10)
Please request that the following comments on PMPR-89-10 are made part of official correspondence with the Center:
Revise Section 7.1 Subelement Objectives to reflect the latest draft of the FY 90-91 Operations Plan; namely to purge references to the current effort as to " update to NUREG-0170" and replace them with the term
" Transportation Risk Study".
In future PMPR's, consider describing how the statistical data base underlying SAND 84-7174 will be utilized as the fundamental data base for the TRS effort and how other data bases will be utilized to project specific aspectc of RAM trar.spertation. Also, clarify that boundary case risk determinations will be made for various categories of materials, for various modes of transportation and for typical, actual route segments.
