Attachment NOC-AE-09002398 Page 1 of 2 STP NUCLEAR OPERATING COMPANY SEMI-ANNUAL FITNESS FOR DUTY PROGRAM PERFORMANCE REPORT July 1, 2008 through December 31, 2008 During the second performance period of 2008, the STPNOC FFD Program conducted a total of 1718 FFD screening tests that resulted in 9 positive test results. Eight positives were comprised of short-term contractors. One positive was an STPNOC employee. STPNOC conducted 467 random tests resulting in a random testing rate of 52% of the average annual population with an annual random testing rate of 51%.*
STPNOC did not have any 10CFR26.73 reportable events during the performance period.
