The purpose for modification 0002 is to:

1. Correct Modification 0001, Block 3. Period of Performance.

2. Extend the period of performarib.

As a result of this modification:

1) Modification 0001, Block 3. Period of Performance is deleted and replaced with the following:

From: 7/01/2009 To: 12/31/2010

The period of performance is extended from 12/31/2010 to 6/30/2011 at no additional cost to the government.
