By letter dated July 22, 2010, in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.4 and 10 CFR 50.90, the FirstEnergy Nuclear Operating Company (FENOC) submitted a request for an amendment to the Renewed Facility Operating Licenses (FOL) for the Beaver Valley Power Station (BVPS) Unit Nos. 1 and 2, relative to incorporation of a proposed cyber security plan. The amendment request included the proposed cyber security plan, proposed changes to Section 2.D of the BVPS Unit No. 1 and 2.E of the BVPS Unit No. 2 FOLs, and a proposed cyber security plan implementation schedule.

Attachment 1 provides responses to this second set of NRC questions.
