L-91-14 Gentlemen:
Lucie Plant on March 20 and 21, 1991. The exercise will involve participation by local emergency response agencies and State emergency response personnel and will be evaluated by the Federal Emergency Management           Agency.'s requested by NRC letter dated April 3, 1987 (J. Nelson Grace to C. 0. Woody), the exercise senerio package is being forwarded only to Mr. William Rankin, Emergency Preparedness Section Chief, Region II, "To be opened by addressee only."
