3) Letter, GD Bouchey to A. Schwencer, same subject, dated November 9, 1982 Reference 1 requested that the Supply System coordinate emergency planning with the Yakima Indian Nation.

In Reference 2,

we indicated that we were attempting to meet with representatives of the Yakima Nation to discuss emergency plans in the 50 mile ingestion path, and that their input would be included in a December 1982 revision in the Emergency Plan.

Reference 3 noted that our proposed October meeting with the Yakima Nation did not materialize.

Because we have received no input from the Yakima Nation, a December revision to the Emergency Plan was not prepared.

We do intend to revise the Emergency Plan in April of 1983 for other reasons.

If we are successful in meeting with the Yakima Nation and obtaining their input by that time, it will be included in the April amendment.
