Dear Mr. Crutchfield:

This letter responds to a request by the NRC relative to proprietary information included in the Franklin Research Center Technical Evaluation Report, attached to the December 13, 19'82 NRC Safety Evaluation Report.

In the December 13 letter, it was requested that RGEE identify information in the SER which still requires proprietary protection.

The attached letters from Westinghouse and Valcor identify the proprietary sections.

The proprietary items for Westinghouse are.27, 29, and 30.

The proprietary items for Valcor are 10 and 66.
