==Dear Mr. Collins:==

Enclosed is a proposed revision dated March 13, 1980 to Turkey Point Plant Administrative Procedure 0301, Licensed Operator Requalification Program.
This proposed revision is submitted in accordance with the requirements of 10CFR 50.54 (i-1) and is consistent with the outcome of conversations between Mr. Joseph J. Buzy (NRC) and Mr. Kenneth E. Beatty (FPL) con-cerning resolution of identified deficiencies in examination categories.
The conversations and resulting revision are the result of an open item on I 8 E inspection report 250/79-16 and 251/79-16, dated June 25, 1979.
We  have also, at this time, incorporated other changes which  we  felt were appropriate.
Your timely review  of this revision is appreciated.
