This problem was corrected the same day by cleaning circuit card edge connectors in the remote monitor CT-2B. - These channels were not returned to service within seven days; therefore, this Special Report is required per Technical Specification (TS) 3.3.3.1.b, Table 3.3-6, Action 23, which states:
