To discuss a potential license amendment request concerning the revision of interim power level steps in the event of a degraded feedwater flow line Leading Edge Flowmeter (LEFM) operational status. Discussion will include the technical, operational, and regulatory strategy Exelon Generation Company, LLC is intending to pursue to support adding additional power level steps to the LEFM actions in the Technical Requirements Manual.
