Due to the proprietary nature of the information contained within the three (3) sets of five (5) event trees, these fifteen (15) drawings should have had controlled document numbers assigned to them.             Unfor-tunately, the manner in which these drawings were transmitted to you did not address this matter. Therefore, we have assigned copy numbers 17,18 and 19 to each se t of the five (5) event trees. Gentlemen:

By letter dated April 16, 1980, B&W provided'in a letter from J. H. Taylor to Mr. Tom liovak on behalf of the B&W Owners Group licensees specific elements of our Abnormal Transients Ope.ating Guidelinoc (AT0G) Program efforts to date. By reference to the J. H. Taylor letter of Apr il 16, 1980, Arkansas Power & Light Company herein subnits these AT0G Program outputs for your review and comment.

The submittal of draft guidelines for Arkansas t!uclear One - Unit 1 is now scheduled to be made in early Angust 1980.

As such, these controlled copies should be marked and maintained in a manner a nsistent with other 10 CFR 2.790(d) material.

Very truly yours,
