Operating License No. DPR-50 Docket No. 50-289 Technical Specification Change Request No. 93 This letter supplements Technical Specification Change Request No. 93 dated August 7 and 93A dated August 28, which defines the proposed new management organization for the Three Mile Island Nuclear Station, Unit 1.
Operating License No. DPR-50 Docket No. 50-289 Technical Specification Change Request No. 93 This letter supplements Technical Specification Change Request No. 93 dated August 7 and 93A dated August 28, which defines the proposed new management organization for the Three Mile Island Nuclear Station, Unit 1.
It is the intent of this letter to inform the NRC that the proposed change does not alter the responsibility that Metropolitan Edison Company has for the operation of the unit under the license. This can be seen in Figure 6-1 of the proposed change. The reporting chain from the Director Unit 1 to the President of Met-Ed is via the Deputy-Chief Operating Executive and the Chief Operating Executive. The Chief Operating Executive is the Senior Vice President of Met-Ed.
