("The CAPC0 companies"), co-owners of the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station, Units 2 and 3, notified the Chairman of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Appeal Board Panel and the Secretary of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, respectively, of the CAPC0 companies' decision to cancel plans for those units.
