The Monroe County Board of Comissioners passed the attached Resolution on the 9th of February regarding the rescheduling of the Public Review Session which was held in Monroe, Michigan, on February 3,1982 at 7:00 p.m. in the Monroe City Council Chambers in regard to the Radiological Emergency Response Plan for the Enrico Fermi Atomic Power Plant Unit 2.
The Monroe County Board of Comissioners passed the attached Resolution on the 9th of February regarding the rescheduling of the Public Review Session which was held in Monroe, Michigan, on February 3,1982 at 7:00 p.m. in the Monroe City Council Chambers in regard to the Radiological Emergency Response Plan for the Enrico Fermi Atomic Power Plant Unit 2.
Both myself and Mr. Eckert expressed our concern to Lt. Raymond Cook, Michigan State Police, Emergency Services Division and Mr. Dan Bement of F.E.M.A. about the scheduled meetina due to the extreme severe weather and road conditions in Monroe County. The decision was made to continue with the meeting as scheduled.

We feel that under the extreme weather conditions that were existing at that time the general public was severely hampered from attending the scheduled re-view session, thus, not allowing adequate public review.

At this time, we are asking for your assistance and support in scheduling another P.ublic Review Session with all of the necessary supporting agencies involved. If possible we would like to have the session sometime during the latter part of April, 1982.
