You asked about the TMI-2 Advisory Panel.
p bill that would establish a 12-member Three Mile Island Advisory Panel. C As proposed, the Panel would consult with and make recomendations to NRC on matters pertaining to the cleanup of TMI-2.
selected by the Commission from the following groups:The Panel would consist of (1) three members from Pennsylvania State governmental agencies, (2) three members from local governments in the vicinity of TMI, (3) three members representing the independent scientific comunity, cnd (4) three members of the public who live in the vicinity of TMI.
In anticipation of Congress passing this bill, the NRC is in the process of establishing this Panel.
