As you may be aware there wa's a recent " alert" at TMI 4 hat could have been very, servious. The instrumentation registered a dangerous build-gp of hydrogen' gas in the crippled reactor building. The flash point for hydrogen is very low and there were fears that this could literally be a hydrogen bomb with a nuclear war-head, in effect.
