Dear Judge Bloch:

This memorializes a telephone conversation we had earlier today.

Westinghouse will require until July 22 to provide the information to be released pursuant to the Board's Memorandum and Order dated May 26, 1982.

This is made necessary because the decision not to appeal was not made until quite recently, following which employees who are involved in the process have been unavailable due to vacations, a long Independence Day weekend, and one hospitalization.

The mechanics of identifying, preparing, and reproducing the involved documents will involve a considerable amount of time.

You asked me to telephone all parties and inform them of this delay, which I have done.

Very truly yours, (M
