Dear Mr. Chappell:

The Quadrex Recycle Center, located in Oak Ridge, TN, will be receiving a cask shipment from Grand Gulf Nuclear Plant on December 20, 1993.

We are not currently a registered user of the cask, and are hereby requesting to be made a registered user.

The cask in question is a NuPac 14210.

We are already in possession of a procedure to use the cask.

If you do not feel it will be possible for us to become a r

registered user in time for the December 20th shipment, we would appreciate if you would contact us as soon as possible so we can inform our client to delay shipment.
