OCRE REPLY TO APPLICANTS' MOTION TO AMEND SEPTEMBER 16, 1982 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER On September 21, 1982 Applicants filed a motion to pnend the Licens'ing Board's September 16, 1982 Memorandum and Order (Concerning Scheduling), in which Applicants have requested that the period between the filing of direct testimony and the commencement of the hearing be extended from 2 to 3 weeks.
OCRE REPLY TO APPLICANTS' MOTION TO AMEND SEPTEMBER 16, 1982 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER On September 21, 1982 Applicants filed a motion to pnend the Licens'ing Board's September 16, 1982 Memorandum and Order (Concerning Scheduling), in which Applicants have requested that the period between the filing of direct testimony and the commencement of the hearing be extended from 2 to 3 weeks.
OCHE agrees with Applicants that the 15 day period provided by the Board's schedule is probably insufficient.         However, OCRE believes that moving the date for the filing of testimony from January 31, 1983 to January 24, 1983 will prejudice inter-venors in that the extra week's time will be necessary to pre-pare testimony.
