The purpose of this procedure is to provide guidelines for the Group Leader - Technical Support to activate and maintain the Parsip any Technical Functions Center.

4.0 EMERGENCY ACTION 4.1 The Group Leader - Technical Support:

Shall be responsible for providing technical analysis, evaluation and recommendations to the Emergency Support Director and the On-Site Technical Support Coordinator with respect to plant conditions, reactor core status and subsequent plant operations as described in 4.5.1.4.5 of th'e Emergency Plan. He shall activate the desired portions of the Parsippany Technical Functions
