Enclosed is SON's Unit 2 Cycle 6 !SI Summary Report (Volumes 1 and 2) that contains a historical record of repairs, replacements, and ISI examinations and augmented examinations that were performed on American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Code Class 1 and 2 components from May 17,1992, to November 16,1994.
Enclosed is SON's Unit 2 Cycle 6 !SI Summary Report (Volumes 1 and 2) that contains a historical record of repairs, replacements, and ISI examinations and augmented examinations that were performed on American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Code Class 1 and 2 components from May 17,1992, to November 16,1994.
In addition, this repoti contains the results of augmented ISI examinations that were performed on the Unit 2 reactor vessel nozzle cladding. These examinations were performed in accordance with TVA commitments described in the above references. The nozzle examinations found no unacceptable indications.
