This letter is in response to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's

-verbal request on January 16, 1985, for-a status list of proposed Technical Specification changes currently into the NRC, or which will be submitted to the NRC for approval separately from the Technical Specification Upgrade Program (TSUP).

Attachment I provides a list of outstanding letters of request for Technical Specification changes through January 31, 1985. provides a list of other Technical Specification change requests which will be submitted to the NRC separately from the TSUP.

NUREG-0737, Item III. D.3.4 (Control Room,

Habitability). The changes will be.in addition to, or supersede those. contained in Item 8 of Attachment 1.

Technical Specification Sections 4.4 and 5.4 will be affected.

2.

' Sections 4.6, and 5.6 concerning the auxiliary electric system at Fort St. Vrain. This request.will supersede those in, Items 5 and 7 of Attachment 1.

3.

Section <4.2 concerning helium circulator operability.

This section will be revised to more clearly address circulator operability requirements.

Section.4.9 will be revised to add a requirement concerning xenon stability testing.

5.

Various changes will be made to Sections 4.-1, 4.2,-

5.1, 5.2 and possibly other sections, as may apply, to the Control Rod Drive and Orificing Assemblies'and the-
