| title = Nebraska Agreement State Report | | title = Nebraska Agreement State Report on Stolen Troxler Gauge | ||
| event text = The State of Nebraska - Department of Roads, reported that a Troxler Model 3400 Series, Serial No. 28779 portable gauge containing 9 millicuries of Cesium-137 and 44 millicuries of Americium-241:Beryllium was stolen from the licensee's vehicle parked at the licensee's facility. The gauge was in its original carrying case. At this time, it has not been confirmed if the gauge or the carrying case was locked at the time of the event. The gauge and its carrying case were removed from the licensee's pickup bed. The pickup bed did have a locked solid bed cover, and it appeared that the bed cover was pried open to gain access to and remove the gauge carrying case. The licensee also reported the stolen gauge to the Nebraska State Patrol (NSP) this morning between 07:00-07:30. The NSP is investigating the event. Follow-up information will be provided to NRC on the recovery of the stolen gauge and entered into NMED. | | event text = The State of Nebraska - Department of Roads, reported that a Troxler Model 3400 Series, Serial No. 28779 portable gauge containing 9 millicuries of Cesium-137 and 44 millicuries of Americium-241:Beryllium was stolen from the licensee's vehicle parked at the licensee's facility.
