This Topical Report is identified as Enclosure B to GPU Nuclear letter to the NRC (6710-96-2229) dated August 16,1996, but was inadvertently omitted from the submitted package. TR-094, Revision 1 provides the detailed description of the TMI-l 3-hour fire barrier evaluation including methodology and results, and supports NRC review of the TMI-l Thermo-Lag evaluations provided previously in the above referenced letter.

Also enclosed is a copy of the previously transmitted fire area drawings and fire barrier envelope data sheets in corrected order.
