submits three copies of Amendment 33 to the Vogtle Electric Generating Plant (VEGP)

1 This Security Plan amendment c arifies the ccntrol of certain designated vehicles within the protected area. This change is cupported by engineering analysis of the radiological sabotage capability of vehicles with certain design characteristics. provides the description and justification for the changes, Enclosure 2
