originally provided by Illinois Power (IP) letter U-602637 dated September 16,1996 in j

response to your September 11,1996 Confirmatory Action Letter.

l Our assessment report was revised to more clearly indicate in the body of the report the specific procedure noncompliances that occurred during this event and to include the results of additional considerations and information identified from ongoing assessment since submittal of the original report. We intend to discuss the conclusions of the report during the management meeting scheduled on Monday, September 23,1996.
