The Nebraska Public Power District (District) hereby submits Revision 1 to the Cooper Nuclear Station (CNS) Third T ear Interval Inservice Testing (IST) program submitted November 21, 1995 (referenced abow., Please update your program document with the attached information.

Revision 1 of the Third Ten-Year Interval IST program addresses minor editorial changes, incorporates NRC comments, corrects errors identified through self assessment, incorporates plant design changes implemented during Refueling Outage 16, and adds one new pump relief request and one new valve refueling outage justification.

CNS began implementation of the Third Ten-Year Interval Inservice Testing program on March 1,1996. The District requests approval of the new pump relief request by February 1,1997.
