MODIFICATION N0. 1 TO TASK ORDER NO. 1, ENTITLED, "REPRIORITIZATION OF GSI-107, MAIN TRANSFORMER FAILURES" UNDER CONTRACT NO.

NRC-04-97-036 The purpose of this modification is to (1) extend the period of performance at no additional cost to the government. The purpose of the extension is to allow the contractor to receive reference material from NRC and to complete the requirements of the task order and (2) incrementally fund the amount of

$5,091 which fully funds the task order amount of $20,091. Accordingly, Task Order No. 1 is modified as follows:

Paragraphs 2 and 4 of the definitization letter is deleted in their entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:

" Task Order No. I shall be in effect from January 2,1997 through March 31, 1997, with a cost ceiling and obligated amount of $20,091.00.

The amount of $18,608.00 represents the total estimated reimbursable costs and the amount of $1,483.00 represents the fixed fee."
