STATUS REPORT REGARDING NRC STAFF RESPONSES AND OBJECTIONS TO INTERVENORS' QUALITY ASSURANCE INTERROGATORIES AND REQUESTS TO PRODUCE The NRC Staff Counsel submits the following status report reflecting the agreement reached between Statt Counsel and Robert Guild, Counsel for Bridget Little Rorem, et al. regarding responses and objections to Intervenors' first set of Quality Assurance Interrogatories and Requests to Produce dated July 2, 1985. The Staff filed Objections to Interrogatories and Motion for a Protective Order on July 30, 1985.       (" Objection") On July 31, 1985 the Staff filed partial answers to interrogatories and supplemented its response August 8, 1985.

On August 14, 1985 Counsel for all parties met in Chicago to discuss Applicant's and Staff's objections to Rorem's interrogatories. As a result of that discussion and subsequent discussions by telephone Applicant and Staff Counsel reached separate agreements with Intervenors' Counsel regarding their respective responses and ob, lections to Intervenors' interrogatories.
