NRC-26-95-276 Modification No. 4 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to provide incremental funding which increases the obligated amount by $26,501.00 from

$189,607.00 to $216,108.00.

Accordingly, the contract is modified as follows:

The first sentence of paragraph (b) in Section B.4 entitled "Considdration and Obligation--Delivery Orders (JUN 1988)" is deleted entirely and replaced with the following:

"(b) The amount presently obligated with respect to this contract is $216,108.00."

All other terms and conditions of the contract remain unchanged.

A summary of obligations for this contract., from award date through the date of this action, is provided below:
