l There are two options for this waste stream. Option one is to send the waste back to the l

generator because we havc not been able to determine a treatment formula for the waste to date. The generator does not have the ability to accept the waste at the present time l

but anticipates that they can receive that approval within 4 to 6 weeks. Option two is try to develop a treatment formula and treat the material. This option would take 3 to 4 weeks.

l This waste will be accepted and placed as soon as reasonable after receipt. No new l

shipments are being allowed to leave the generators site.

SUMMARY

Except for the two mixed waste streams speicifed the total amount of SNM at the site will be below 350 grams before June 25,1997. Depending on the options chosen for these two waste streams it may take until August 1,1997 before the 350 gram limit is reached for all waste streams.
