APPLICANTS' RESPONSE TO MOTION TO ENLARGE RECORD ON APPEAL Under date of January 5, 1988, the appellants herein filed a motion to enlarge the record on appeal. In the absence of an authenticity objection, and there is none here, such a motion is essentially addressed to the sound discretion of the Appeal Board and the Applicants will abide by that exercise of discretion.         It is the Applicants' view that, even assuming the grant of this motion, the newly presented material can have no effect upon the result as a matter of law.
