Therefore, the purpose of this modification is i

to decrease the amount obligated by the Commission, as follows:

Section B.3, Considerations and Obligation - Cost Pluse Fixed Fee. paragraph (c) is decreased by $9.934.51 from $568,102.00 to $558,707.49.

Therefore, i

paragraph (c) is deleted and the following substituted in lieu thereof:

"(c)

The amount obligated by the Government with respect to this contract is $558,707.49. of which the sume of 538,492.49 represents the estimated reimbursable costs, and of which $20,215 represents the fixed fee."
