Gentlemen:

On December 30, 1987, we verbally notified your Mr. R. F. Warnick of a deficiency involving equipment qualification of terminal blocks inside and outside of containment. We determined this deficiency to be reportable in our last report on this issue (TXX-88028 dated January 5, 1988).

This is a final j

report to status corrective actions taken to resolve this deficiency.

Replacement of the Weidmu11er tenninal blocks (as described in TXX-88028) will be completed by October 1,1988 f or Unit 1 and Unit 2 fuel load for Unit 2.
