NRC-02-97-001 Modification No. 4 Page 2 of 2 This modification increases the ceiling amount by $15,031 from $600,381 to $615,462. This new total equals the total amount of task orders issued to date. Accordingly, the following revisionsi are made:

1. Block 15A, SF26 is revised to show the total amount of the contract as "$615,462".

2. Section B.3, first' sentence of subparagraph (a) is revised to read as follows:

"(a) The Maximum Ordering Limitation (MOL) for products and services ordered, delivered and accepted under this contract is $615,462."

All other terms and conditions of the contract remain the same.

A summary of obligations for this contract is given below:
