| transmitted Inspection Report STN 50-482/86-33. As requested, the violation
| |
| (482/8619-01) identified in the Inspection Report is being addressed in four
| |
| parts.
| |
| (a) The reason for the violation if admitted;
| |
| (b) We corrective steps which have been taken and the results
| |
| achieved;
| |
| (c) Corrective steps which will be taken to avoid further
| |
| violations; and
| |
| (d) The date when full conpliance will be achieved.
| |
| We attachment contains Safeguards Information in accordance with 10 CFR
| |
| 73.21 and therefore should be withheld from public disclosure. his letter,
| |
| when seperated from the attachment does not contain Safeguards Information
| |
| and should be handled as decontrolled.
