- V0GTLE FACILITY, DOCKET NOS. 50-424 AND 50-425 This refers to the management meeting conducted at your request in the NRC Region II Office on February 2,1987.

This meeting was held to discuss with the NRC the Department of Labor (DOL) protected activities cases (DOL 210).

It is our opinion that this meeting was beneficial and has provided a comprehensive overview of the Vogtle 00L 210 cases and, specifically, several cases which have been settled.

This in-depth presentation will better enable the NRC to conduct its evaluation of these cases.

In accordance with Section 2.790 of NRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
