Box 220 St. Francisville, Louisiana 70775 ' SUBJECT: NRC INSPECTION REPORT. 50-458/9'7-301 Dear Mr/ McGaha: - On July 28 through August 1, * 997, an NRC Initial Examination for licensed operators was administered to five employees of your company who had applied for licenses to operate the River Bend Station. The examination evaluated two applicants for senior ret.ctor operator licenses and three applicants for reactor operator licenses. We determined that the five applicants satisfied the requirements and the appropriate licer ses we 9 issued. In accordance with 10 C FR 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," a wpy of this letter and its enclosure will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR).
