I concur with the TI recommendations. The TI recommended inspections have not been performed. However, extensive inspection efforts for the Rancho Seco Itaprovement Plan and the resource availability for Rancho Seco will not support the December 31, 1986 TI expiration date or the June 30, 1987 Rancho Seco restart date. | |||

TI 2515/17 - INSPECTION OF LICENSEE'S ACTIONS IN RESPONSE TO IEB 82-02; RANCHO SECO (50-312) 1.
RV Outstanding Items List shows IEB 82-02 as closed and references Inspection Report 50-312/84-07 as the closeout report. The report-documents review of the licensee's response but does not specifically
