Lentz, License No. SOP-31449, Docket No. 55-32393, and Mr. Peter J. Arthur, License No. SOP 30921-1, Docket No. 55-31434, are considered to have expired. Mr. Lentz and Mr. Arthur have assumed new positions at the Perry Nuclear Power Plant, and it has been determined that they no longer need to maintain an operatorlicense.

in accordance with 10 CFR 50.74(b),10 CFR 55.5, and 10 CFR 55.55, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission license for Mr. Daniel P. Mott (License Number SOP-31500, Docket Number 55-32394)is considered to have expired. As of August 25,1999, Mr. Mott is no longer employed at the Perry Nuclear Power Plant.
