On November 7,1986, we verbally notified your Mr. T. Westerman of a potentially reportable item involving the calculations for B0P Safety-related instrument setpoints indicating that omissions of required data or use of incorrect information occurred in performing the calculations required per Reg. Guide 1.105, Rev.1. This is an interim report of a potentially reportable item under the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e).
On November 7,1986, we verbally notified your Mr. T. Westerman of a potentially reportable item involving the calculations for B0P Safety-related instrument setpoints indicating that omissions of required data or use of incorrect information occurred in performing the calculations required per Reg. Guide 1.105, Rev.1. This is an interim report of a potentially reportable item under the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e).
Evaluation of this issue, which is applicable to Units I and II, is being conducted by Stone & Webster Engineering Corporation. We anticipate submitting our next report by February 6, 1987.
