REQUEST FOR WITHHOLDING INFORMATION FROM PUBLIC DISCLOSURE (POINT BEACH NUCLEAR PLANT, UNITS 1 AND 2)

By letter dated August 12,1997, Wisconsin Electric Power Company (WEPCO) submitted a copy of a temporary change to a proceth'~.s for the Point Beach Nuclear Plant Emergency Plan Implementing Procedures Manual and noted that portions of the procedure containing names and telephone numbers were marked for NRC use only and not for public disclosure.
We assume WEPCO is requesting that this information be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.700 of the Commission's regulations. Your August 12,1997, Jubmittal also provided a nonproprietary version of the procedure.
