ORDER Pursuant to my authority under 10 CFR 2.772(k) to rule on
ORDER Pursuant to my authority under 10 CFR 2.772(k) to rule on
              " minor procedural matters," the following guidance is provided with respect to ALAB-911, issued by the Atomic Safety and Licensing Appeal Board on March 13, 1989.             Because certain statements in that advisory opinion may give rise to misunderstanding, the attention of the Boards and parties is directed to the statements in CLI-89-02, issued by the Commission on March 3, 1989, that "This decision constitutes the final adjudicatory decision in this matter."             Decision at 36.                                                             Because ALAB-911 is without legal effect, petitions for review of it would be unnecessary and a waste of resources, and thus will not be entertained.       It is so ORDERED.

ORDER Pursuant to my authority under 10 CFR 2.772(k) to rule on

" minor procedural matters," the following guidance is provided with respect to ALAB-911, issued by the Atomic Safety and Licensing Appeal Board on March 13, 1989.

Because certain statements in that advisory opinion may give rise to misunderstanding, the attention of the Boards and parties is directed to the statements in CLI-89-02, issued by the Commission on March 3, 1989, that "This decision constitutes the final adjudicatory decision in this matter."

Decision at 36.

Because ALAB-911 is without legal effect, petitions for review of it would be unnecessary and a waste of resources, and thus will not be entertained.
