NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT OF ADJUDICATORY EMPLOYEES In accord with the requirements of 10 C.F.R. 5 2.4, notice is hereby given that James H._Conran, Sr., a Commission employee in the Office of Analysis and Evaluation of Operational Data, and Roger L. Pedersen, an employee in the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, have been appointed as Commission adjudicatory employees within the meaning of 6 2 4 to advise the Connission on issues in the above-captioned proceeding related to consideration under the National Environmental Policy Act of severe accident mitigation design alternatives.

Neither Mr. Conran nor Mr. Pedersen have been engaged in the perfonnance of any investigative or litigating function in connection with the Limerick facility or in any factually related proceeding, i
