[External_Sender] Docket ID NRC-2016-0231 Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) has received and reviewed the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Draft Environmental Impact Statement for Interim Storage Partners LLCs (ISP)
License Application for a Consolidated Interim Storage Facility for Spent Nuclear Fuel in Andrews County, Texas and offers the following comments and recommendations concerning this project.
TPWD supports the implementation of the Proposed Mitigation Measures regarding ecological resources in Table 6.3-1 Summary of Mitigation Measures ISP Proposed.
TPWD recommends ISP implement the additional mitigation measures regarding ecological resources found in Table 6.3-2 Summary of Additional Mitigation Measures Identified by the NRC.
