Changes to Signature Authority and Addressee for Holtec Decommissioning International, LLC Correspondence Relating to Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station, Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station, and Indian Point Nuclear Generating Units 1, 2 & 3 This letter is to inform the NRC that Ms. Jean A. Fleming will assume the position of Holtec Decommissioning International, LLC (HDI) Vice President, Regulatory and Environmental Affairs, effective November 19, 2021. Upon transition, Ms. Fleming will be authorized to sign correspondence relating to the dockets assigned to Oyster Creek, Pilgrim, and Indian Point Units 1, 2 & 3 as a duly authorized officer of HDI. In addition, Ms. Fleming will be authorized to sign correspondence related to the pending license transfer request for Palisades Nuclear Power Station on behalf of HDI.
