He has led or contributed to activities related to the resolution of generic safety issues, review of various risk-informed licensing applications, development of guidance for risk-informed decision making, and evaluation of the risk of external hazards. Dr. Reisi Fard has a bachelorâ's degree in electrical engineering, and he received a Master of Science degree and a Ph.D. in nuclear engineering from the Ohio State University.
